- Membership Renewal Policy

1. Universal Renewal Cycle: All memberships renew on January 15.

  • Coverage: Dues cover the full calendar year (January 1–December 31).
  • Fixed Terms: The membership period is fixed regardless of when payment is submitted. We recommend processing your dues immediately upon receiving your January invoice to ensure uninterrupted access.

2. Deadlines and Grace Periods: We send multiple communications to help you stay active:

  • Reminders: Members receive three notifications leading up to the January 15 deadline.
  • Late Payments: If dues remain unpaid after January 31, you will receive a formal notification outlining your grace period.
  • Lapsed Status: If renewal is not completed by the end of the calendar year, your membership will officially lapse
Important Note on Past Dues: Payments made while in "Lapsed" status are applied to the outstanding balance from the previous period. To skip a lapsed year and pay for the current period instead, please contact the PTS office directly to have your invoice adjusted.

3. Hassle-Free Auto-Renewal: Want to skip the manual paperwork? PTS offers an Auto-Renewal option. By opting into recurring payments, your dues will be automatically processed each year, ensuring your membership never skips a beat and avoiding the risk of suspension.
