Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits
consist of educational activities which serve to maintain, develop, or increase the knowledge, skills, professional performance, and relationships that a physician uses to provide services for patients, the public, or the profession.
CME credits are required of physicians in certain countries like the United States, Canada, and others in order to maintain their medical licenses or for hospital credentialing.

How Do I Claim My CME Credits?

In order to claim your CME credits you MUST fill out and submit the online Verification of Participation (VOP) Form immediately after attending your CME event:

In addition to submitting your Verification of Participation (VOP) form, it is required that you also provide an online evaluation for each course(s) attended:


Activity Evaluation Form

Both forms MUST be submitted NO LATER than December 8, 2017 in order to claim your CME credits.

Once you have completed and submitted the two (2) forms, please allow up to four (4) weeks for processing.

NOTE:  You will receive your CME credits via email no later than January 18, 2018.
